Workshops

Student work from Beyond the Knitted Stitch workshop at Split Rock, Univ. of Minnesota.

Rebekah Younger designed fine art knitwear as Younger Knits for over 20 years.  Her garments were sold nationally in fine craft galleries; featured in two museum retrospectives on the Art to Wear movement and in cover articles for Ornament and The Crafts Report magazines.  Having retired from making and selling her garments, she is now offering the patterns for sale to home machine knitters to reproduce for personal use.

Rebekah designs not only knitwear, but interiors as inSite Contemplative Design and is an accomplished photographer and painter.  She teaches art & meditation, creating and contemplative photography classes in addition to knitting.  She is active as a meditation instructor and Shambhala Art teacher in the Shambhala Buddhist community.  With all her creating experience in all facets of her life, Rebekah offers creating coaching to individuals who wish to realize their own creative potential through individual coaching, classes and workshops.

Rebekah is available to lead workshops on machine knitting techniques, her dye processes for knits and mindful knitting.
